Please help me to make a difference in the world by creating educational opportunities for others, I am raising funds for communities in Kenya and India: KULE and Friends of India.

To do this, I have cycled twice around Lake Geneva – 180km each time as well as competing in the amateur stage of the Tour de France cycle race on July 7th. An amazing experience and in doing so managed about 3,000km of cycling between January and June. And not bad for a (nearly) 50 yr old!

On September 1st 2013 as a team member of the most amazing yacht, "Switzerland" we compete against 11 other brand new 70 foot racing yachts in the world's longest around the world race. And I had never sailed before I started my training for this race.
