Hi. I am taking part in this charity cycle and have been training hard the last few weeks. As a father of two myself I know how important it is to help give young kids the best start in life. The Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation is great as they focus on not only the practical skills of teaching children how to swim safely but also inspires them to set goals and aim to become the best they can be. Please donate what you can by clicking the link and help me raise as much as I can. Having never done a cycle of this length before (133km) I assure you all I'll be giving it 100 percent all the way and will aim to do a somersault at the finish line.
