Mission statement
The Dublin Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals mission is to prevent cruelty and neglect of animals through fostering the compassionate relationship between animals and people. It is a charitable, non-profit, independent organisation. It operates in Dublin city and county. The mission is to be accomplished through education, advocacy, active direct care, pet population control, and screened rehoming.

This charity page was created to give fans of Aidan Turner a place to donate rather than to send gifts. It's hard to buy a present for someone you don't know, but a donation in their name is always appropriate.

The Dublin Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is a registered charity, established in 1840 to prevent cruelty to animals and is now Ireland's largest animal welfare organization. http://www.dspca.ie/

This charity was chosen because of Aidan's love for animals. The DSPCA does NOT euthanize any adoptable pet! If an animal arrives injured or in poor health, they receive all necessary veterinary care so that they can be adopted. In addition they operate four animal ambulances, four mobile clinics for those on welfare as well as a number of services that support the shelter. They take in, treat and rehabilitate wildlife as well.

If you would like a Thank You reply (from ATC--not Aidan), please leave an email address. Email addresses will NOT be disclosed in any way, shape or form. That would not be an honorable way to conduct business.
