Page information:

On Sunday May 27th, 2018, Anouk Foundation and Trafigura will take part together in Cyclotour (a cycling sportive run around Lake Geneva) to raise funds towards local projects in children's homes. The courageous athletes from the Trafigura team will be cycling to represent us and we also need you!
You can brighten lives by making a donation: support our work now and double your impact! Trafigura Foundation will match any donation between now and June 30th, 2018, and all the funds will serve to create therapeutic murals in local children's homes.

Anouk Foundation

Being alone in a room with bare walls is a very frightening experience. Research shows that a stimulating environment has a positive impact on the well-being of patients and residents of social and medical institutions. Indeed, helping to direct their thoughts to more soothing associations is a useful adjunct to the healing process. This is why Anouk Foundation is dedicated to reducing fear and brightening lives through art. Since 2008, we have carried out 160 projects in 15 countries, effectively improving the well-being of 3.1 million beneficiaries.
Last year with the money we raised through this campaign, we were able to complete 4 local projects which will benefit 900 people in the Geneva area every year:
• Maison Kelas (emergency home for children) with Fondation Officielle de la Jeunesse
• Hôpital de Loëx (geriatric care) with HUG
• Tattes Accomodation Centre (largest refugee centre in Switzerland) with Hospice général
• La Gradelle Home (home for polyhandicapped adults) with Fondation Clair Bois
