St Tropez to Monaco 155km - circa 6 - 7 hours. This ride is more than a physical test, it's a commitment to pushing limits for people who face far greater daily challenges. MND is a devastating condition that effects the brain and nerves, and it urgently needs funding for research, care and ultimately a cure.
At the same time, the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation continues to save lives through water safety education and drowning prevention initiatives worldwide, work that is both practical and deeply impactful.

Every mile represents resilience, every climb a reminder of why this matters... I hope you can support me.

The Challenge:

Cycling from St Tropez to Monaco along the coast road in approximately 6 hours? Motor Neurone Disease doesn't wait neither can we. In support of Princess Charlene saving lives through water safety.
