The Event:
Zumba for Women is an event designed by the Webster University of Geneva's student lead Humanitarian Association to bring awarness and raise funds for two extraordinary organizations working to bring women economic training, education, rights and well-being across the globe.
Zumba is described as "a dance fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez during the 1990s. Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. It's choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo."
The Challenge:
We want to challenge community leaders and students to join together for a Zumba dance-a-thon where everyone can get together to exercise, dance, and change the world in a fun energized environment! Men and Women are invited!
You don't need any experience to attend! Just bring comfortable clothes, and shoes and our professional instructors will provide an unforgettable, experience filled with laughter, movement and inspiration!
Tickets are 25 CHF with all proceeds counting as donations for a two and a half hour experience.
